User Accounts: If you would like to join our web site you have to be a registered member. Registration is totally free! Some sections and features on this website will not be visible or accessible unless you have a registered user account and are logged into it. (For example, to submit news, upload videos and pictures, blog entries, events, business listings, join forum discussions, post comments, use shout box, send and receive private messages, view other users' profile pages, maintain your own profile page, view the member directory, and use other social networking features you need an account.) To register an account, follow the link for creating one that appears alongside the login box. (Click the "member login" button at the top of the screen to reveal the login box.) This is also where you log into your account.

There are two types of registration to our site:

'Global Registration"

The first is a full registration with all privileges. Doing this you receive full access to the web site. As well as being able to use our online store. To get a full member account (site and online store) please fill out our registration form here. Some information in the registration form is obligatory. To activate your account you have to confirm your account, please follow the instructions on the screen during the registration process. You can always update your profile.

Shopper - Online Store

The second option is for shoppers only. If you only wish to use our online store use our "quiet registrations" form. No other site members can see your profile or contact you using e-mail or our private message system. In order for returning customers to login you need only your name and password to access the store. Your login will appear at the checkout screen.

Shipping

Canada & United States

We ship most of our orders via Canada Post. Service standards are based on the day of deposit (day 0) plus the number of business days required for delivery and do not include weekends and statutory holidays. Deposits made on weekends and statutory holidays will be counted as originating on the following business day.

We offer regular and express shipping to Canada and US.

Canada Shipments Shipping time:

- Xpresspost: delivers the next business day locally and regionally, and 2 business days nationally between most major Canadian centres.

- Regular: delivers in 4 to 6 business days nationally between most major Canadian centres.

US Shipments Shipping time:

- Xpresspost - US delivers in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery standards between major Canadian centres to major US centres.

- Regular: delivers in 5 to 7 business days. Delivery standards between major Canadian centres to major US centres.

Oversized items

Due to Canada Post weight and length restrictions, any item that is greater than 30kg/66lb or longer then 180cm/6' will be delivered via FedEx.

Please Note

US orders may be subject to Duty and Brokerage. These fees are the customer's responsibility.

Login problems:

If you ever have problems loging in to our site, do the following:
1. Delete cookies: go to Tools>Internet Options> Delete Cookies
2. Make sure that time and date on your computer (desktop) is correct.
